I have now visited the hotel 3 to 4 times and I have to say the price-performance ratio, the location of the hotel can only be described as very good, which is also very good and what you also have to mention is the great breakfast. So, when I come to the topic of price performance. Of course, you can't expect the rooms to be furnished like a boutique hotel. But it is absolutely clean The rooms are well maintained. The setup is therefore normal. Just not high quality, but. I have to be honest, if you want that, I think you have to spend twice the price in Madrid.

The breakfast items are not of high quality. However, the bedding is good and the staff is helpful.

I have stayed at Hotel Infanta Mercedes on 4 occasions now, January 2015, 2016, 2017 and then this year, April 2025. I have stayed here each time as a Vaughan Town volunteer for its convenience and proximity to Eurobuilding 2, the meeting point on a Sunday morning, which is when the VT weeks always begin. Borja at Reception recognised me from my last visit in 2017, 8 years ago!!! He is absolutely lovely and so helpful. He gave me some information about Madrid, a map in case I needed one. He explained where I could find an ATM to get money out and I was really touched that he actually remembered me after so long. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of options. The hotel is clean and comfortable, which is what you need. There are some refurbishments that could be made, but as everything is so expensive now, everywhere, this is not a dealbreaker. I would recommend this hotel for discerning travellers, couples, single travellers and/or students looking for somewhere clean, comfortable with reasonable prices, with a friendly, helpful staff.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was nice.

The rooms are very clean and they are quite spacious. The breakfast has a lot of different options so that everyone can eat there. And it is well located near the subway station.

Rooms beautiful, spacious and clean. Breakfast sufficient choice. Super connections to the center, airport and Real Madrid. Friendly staff.

This hotel has brilliant price quality ratio, considering hotel prices in Madrid. Location is safe with quick access to everywhere by metro. Groceries, cafes and places to eat are all nearby. Excellent breakfast with cold and hot meals, wide selection, good freshly grounded machine coffee. There is also fridge in the room. Everything is clean, friendly staff. Rooms definitely need renovation, also soundproofing is almost absent. Anyway we had a good stay and next time will consider to choose this accomodation again.
