Staff was welcoming. My room had everything I needed. The rooms need to be updated -- new mattresses and double pane sound insulating windows.

Excellent quality and service. Hotel Infanta Mercedes is perfect for a short stay in Madrid. Easy access to the city's attractions, and yet with an 'away from the madding crowd' ambience.

Great hotel and service, I strongly recommend it!
I only stayed one night while in transit. The reception were very polite and helpful. My room was very clean and adequately equipped. I was assisted with recommendations for getting a bite to eat and offered assistance for a taxi to the airport the next morning
Loved it ! Great stay, good location, good staff !! Just a bit noisy though. we loved the breakfast !
